Referral only

Minnesota SubHelp is a referral and matching network, not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, schedule, price or inspect construction work, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a crew. You contract with and pay any crew directly. We do not collect or hold job payments.

Independent contractors

Crews in our network are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Each crew is responsible for its own work, licenses, permits, insurance, warranties and workers.

Vetting and no warranty

We check what our How we vet crews page describes, on the date we check it. We do not guarantee any crew's work, workmanship, price, schedule, licensing status or insurance after that date. Before hiring, verify the crew's license and insurance yourself and get a written contract. The site and its free tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Our response promise

We reply within 24 hours to requests sent through this site or to office@mnsubhelp.com. A reply is not a promise that a crew is available or that we will make a match.

Free tools

The scope helper, planner and Project Dashboard are for organizing your own project. Their output is general information, not an estimate, design, or legal, engineering or professional advice. Dashboard data is stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear it.

Fees

We do not charge homeowners for referrals. Crews pay SubHelp a commission under a separate Crew Referral Agreement.

Your submissions

Only send information and files you have the right to share. Don't misuse the forms, upload malicious files or submit false information. See our privacy policy for how we handle what you send.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SubHelp is not liable for any crew's work, acts or omissions, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or an introduction.

Governing law

Minnesota law governs these terms. Contact: office@mnsubhelp.com.
